A pot of Taylors of Harrogate tea; English cucumber, mature Cheddar, smoked salmon and roast ham finger sandwiches; homemade scone, the Head Chef’s strawberry jam and clotted cream; and a selection of ‘Royal’ cakes. Blimey.

And don’t forget the Italian Afternoon Tea for Two, with the bottle of Pinot Grigio. It won’t break the Banca Milano at only £32.95. Is there really a better way to spend an afternoon?
